CRYSTAL D. WILLIAMS J.D.
Ms. Williams began her HR career developing onboarding and training curriculum for a major electronics store. Her interest in HR led to her enrolling in and graduating from law school. After law school she honed her contracts and negotiation skills in the commercial real estate industry. Her passion for people and leadership brought her back into the world of HR.
For over 20 years Ms. Williams held impactful roles in the workplace. She represented one of the largest counties in the country in civil service employment matters for 10 years. She provided HR Management services for several departments in the County and she served as Assistant Chief (HR) for one of the largest health services departments in the country, where she provided oversight and leadership for employee investigations and performance management. The ultimate highlight for Ms. Williams was serving as the Human Resources Director for a thriving municipality. Now, her goal is to use all the knowledge gained as a skilled HR professional to educate and empower employees to advocate for themselves in the workplace.
